Stay Connected with Clarksburg-Harrison Housing Authority (CHRHA). CHRHA is excited to offer TextMyGov, a simple and convenient way to stay informed. No app to download. No account to create. Just receive a text.
 
Most residents will receive a text message from 91896 from CHRHA initiating the service. You can choose to opt out at any time by texting “STOP”. A second push notification will go out some time after the initial message to utility customers who have not yet been notified.If you don’t receive the initial message, you can choose to opt-in by texting one of the three keywords LISTED BELOW to the number 91896. After sending the initial keyword, you will be asked to reply “YES” to confirm opt-in. Repeat this process to opt in to other notification groups as desired.
