The Clarksburg-Harrison Regional Housing Authority owns and operates three (3) smoke-free, affordable public housing properties designed for low to moderate income families, children, teenagers, disabled and mature adults alike, with some offering recreational and educational programs. Each property is well-maintained and safe and is monitored by our Tenant Issues Coordinator who regularly visits each property to ensure the safety of our tenants while also connecting them with helpful resources. Our Public Housing units have convenient access to amenities of downtown Clarksburg.
Public Housing is limited to low income to moderate income families and individuals. Please see the following income limits listed below.

You may apply in person by visiting the Clarksburg-Harrison Regional Housing Authority's Administrative Complex located at 433 Baltimore Ave in the Glen Elk area of Clarksburg Monday-Thursday during the hours of 8:00a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (the office is closed from 12:00 p.m. - 12:30 p.m.) Or you may download the application below and turn it into the office.
